Very professional pool installation, they even fixed our old heater and helped us program the app and get set up.

The service was fine but I think the price was too much. I was thinking of looking for another provider with a less price. They charge extra for cleaning the filters. outside pool cleaning service, any extra work they do is charge an extra cost. The cleaning of the pool is very satisfactory but its a little bit pricey. Couldn't rate the price because I don't have other price to compare it with. But in case I would have another provider with a less pricey then I would definitely hire the company with lesser price.

They have upgraded my pool to the 21st century and we love it! They are always there to help with any issues that arise; and there has almost been no issues. This is the type of company that lets the client sit back, relax and swim without any of the swirling anxieties that occur with a company that you just don't have a good feeling about. They have done excellent work. They show up on time every week. The professionals have been available to answer any of my questions, and if I have a specific need they will respond quickly. They have also performed minor repair projects on my pool filter, usually having the parts on hand during their visit. Any concerns have been addressed quickly and professionally. Phone calls are returned same day.

We hired them to do regular monthly service. We were very satisfied. It's $135 per month. We're very happy. They're excellent, they're the best we've had in all 12 years of having to have someone do the pool. They're very warm and personable. They're very attentive and responsive. They know how to fix everything as well as just treat the pool. So, wonderful. They're perfect, they really are.

It's great. We're still using them. They used to come on Tuesdays but now they come on Fridays. We pay $175 a month.

If I have ever had a complaint, they had addressed it immediately. If they sent out a pool service person that I thought wasn't doing his job, they replaced him.

It worked out fine. I haven't used anybody else for the service so I can't make a comparison in terms of price. They always do their best work. They are approachable and responsive. The same man comes every week and he's been very good.

We wanted to find a lighter method or way she could open it easier.  They came, they had an idea, we paid some money and nothing has changed.  We were disappointed with everything we asked them to do because they weren't doing it and just left us hanging.  They were going to work out another system for us and they did not.  We haven't heard from them.  They abandoned us.
