I have had them replace/fix the catalytic converter, an axle, radiator hose, spark plugs (not easy on my model of Subaru), battery, tires, brakes, timing chain, belts, ect. Plus they diagnosed worn head gaskets and subcontracted that fix out to a specialist that mostly just fixes head gaskets. I did not have to run around looking for a shop that specializes in head gasket repair, thankfully! They have never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. For example, a few years ago I went in since my brakes were squeaking and I was sure they needed to be replaced, but they checked them and said 'just a little dusty we cleaned them off for you' and the squeaking that had been going on for weeks was solved. I will never go to one of those quick lube oil change places again. I only trust my oil changes to Dave and the guys at Bridgestone plus while they change the oil they look over my car and check it for any problems that might be up and coming like a worn belt or a taillight that is out. They have gotten to know me so any small thing they come across they just fix; the last time I took it in for an oil change it had fried/melted wiring to one headlight and I had totally forgotten to mention it but they saw it and replaced the headlight socket. I was so grateful since that is a safety issue. Their office and garage areas are also clean and neat and I value this greatly since that means they are organized and efficient, which they are. Over the years I have had many things replaced in my Subaru, it is an old car, almost 200K, but I will actually miss taking my car in to Bridgestone when I finally buy a new one, another Subaru of course, this summer. However, a young friend of mine wants a cheap car and I am confident to sell it to him as it is in good shape. Plus all the maintenance records of everything they have ever done to my car is in their computer system. It makes trouble shooting future problems a little easier if you can quickly rule out something that was recently fixed. They are a very professional company.

I have been brining my cars here for service for nearly 30 years. They have always provided prompt and profession service and reasonable prices. THis time I needed to fix a leaky valve cover gasket. They completed the work in a few hours and I haven't had any leaks since then.
