Architectural Service
The quality of the work was good. They were a NIGHTMARE to deal with. They OVER charged us by a factor of 3 or 4 times. They even charged us for receptionist time at a rate of $75 an hour. We did a major rehab, which is always a challenge. You always expect it will cost more and take longer but this was not the result of our scope of work changing. She was the only time we truly felt completely ripped off. Avoid this firm at all costs; there are too many great and honest architects out there!
