THEY KNEW WHO WE WERE, THEY PUT TOGETHER THE COMPUTER ORIGINALLY, THEY ACTUALLY BUILT IT FOR US. THEY ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS ABOUT THE SERVICE AND COMPUTER. THEY TOOK THE COMPUTER TO DO THE SERVICE ON.
