Service quality was great prices were very competitive and Kari's detailed explanation of the repair reassured me that my watch is in safe hands.  + 1 moreThis is the place for watch and jewelry repair where I found friendly, professional and honest service for my daughter's jewelry, my watch and my old (inherited from my parents) grandfather clock. I have called and visited many places before and never got a complete and high quality service like this time. My grandfather clock was pronounced "beyond repair" many times, where Mr. Kari - the owner, found the right part, replaced it and tuned the clock to work like new again. The clock is roughly 90 years old and stopped working about 5 years ago. My daughter's bracelet was quickly and finally fixed with a new clasp. My watch was loosing time and after so many battery replacements done by others with no effect, got fixed for very fair price - basic cleaning was all it needed. Mr. Kari is such a sweet person - you walk in all frustrated and leave with a smile and in good mood. His answers to our questions were clear and short, though very descriptive and helpful. Prices - great and so far very reasonable. Please do not waste your time and money, like I did before finding AllAboutWatches in La Canada!
Description of Work: Repaired a watch that no other places were able to diagnose and fix. I have taken it to so many others just to pay for a new battery and have the watch loosing time again in two-three months. Mr. Kary cleaned it thoroughly and charged very modes price for his service. Replaced a golden bracelet clasp instead of fixing the old and worn out part done before by so many other jewelers for quick profit. Diagnosed and repaired a 90 years old grandfather clock for a very fair price - three other clock repair places charged me for their travel time just to say that the clock is outdated and can't be fixed. It was a matter of ordering a specific gear and replacing it. Unmatched skills and service - that is what you find at AllAboutWatches in La Canada!
