I called Power Design to come in and help me finish a small project. I got in over my head trying to install an exterior outlet. I tried jumping off of one in my house. I was having trouble pulling the existing wires in the wall and getting them all connected to the interior outlet. When I called they told me that a crew was in the area and could come on the same day. The guys were very friendly and fun when they came out to help me. They finished what I started, and showed me how to do it for next time, and took care of all of the details when they were here, including cutting and installing a backing for the drywall that I need to replace! Needless to say, the outlet works fine, and the job is very professional. Great communication, friendly, prompt and professional. They came when they said they would, and took care of business. Definitely will use them again.

A power surge set off the unused alarm system at 1:30 am and I cut the wires to silence it, then called the next day to fix the outside alarm which was buzzing. Robert arrived promptly and repaired the alarms and a light switch I was having problems with quickly.
