I was already 100% certain that I wanted to have all wood Graber shutters installed in 3 bedrooms.  She and her husband had previously done an EXCELLENT job installing Graber wood shutters for 7 large picture frame windows.  Debbie came out to the house to take measurements at a time that was very convenient for me, right after I got off work at around 5pm.  She took the care to go over my different options for the different types of border style that would enclose the shutter frame.  After I picked out everything, the order was placed and sent to Graber to build the custom shutters.  Once Debbie got the shutters in she called up and withing about 1 to 2 weeks there was availability for her to do the install.  She was absolutely great and able to work with me on my busy schedule.  Since she had previously done an install at my home, she even offered to do the install in the early evening, so I wouldn't have to take time off work.  She did a lot of the prep work before she came out to the house and basically completed the install from 5 to 7pm.  The single best thing about Debbie is HER FINE ATTENTION TO DETAIL.  SHE'S AN ABSOLUTE PERFECTIONIST and you will be very happy with you finished product.  She really takes a lot of PRIDE in the service that she's offering to her customers.  I was kinda impressed that even though she was at my home at 7pm doing a late evening install, she still took the time and care to do the job right and make it look beautiful.  THANK YOU DEBBIE!
