The service is good, they clean after themselves.  One time he had a problem and they came back and took care of it.  They are reliable is always the same guy that calls.  I would tell friends to expect great service, good price and they do a great job.

The person who cleaned the gutters did not cleaned gutters I asked him to. He argued and did not go a good job. The owner later sent someone else. The window cleaner was finished. The owner came to pick up the check. I was not happy with the job, but he said he would "take care of me" and return to redo the windows in question. He never returned.He did not call. Never responded to phone calls and never reimbursed the $179 that covered that part of the job.

Always goes well, no surprises, no extras, just smooth good service. When I called for a proposal, I received a call back telling me they'd be out and they came the next day, called with their price and scheduled service immediately. When heavy rain delayed them they called to let me know and re-scheduled at the next dry day.
