STEVEN'S PLUMBING

They are so bad. They charged me and didn't do anything. They came to tell me what went wrong. Downstairs there was a leak so they came here to see what was wrong. They couldn't find a reason, they charged me $135. They basically said I have a dripping faucet but I know that doesn't seem to be right because that dripping faucet, the water goes to my sink. So I immediately changed the dripping faucet not from them, from another plumber. The home is under home protection. Downstairs continued to complain something went wrong because they still have a leake. I changed the faucet there is nothing going on. Downstairs complained of two leaks, one in the bathroom and one in the living room so Steven told me that for the living room The rain came through my patio but actually that's not it. For the bathroom he said it was a leaking faucet so after I changed it they continued to complain. I finally got another plumber they said there was a drain pipe inside the wall that was leaking So they gave me a misdiagnosis and still charged me $135.They didn't do any water testing they were just sloppily telling me "this" is the reason for the leak. Very sloppy company. They were sent to me by my HOA.

We had to take out a lot of stuff from the house for them to fix the pipe. They did an excellent job. I was very pleased. The two men who came out did a terrific job.I couldn't say one single thing that was even slightly bad.

Steven was on time. He was professional. He checked all fittings to make sure there was no other leaks. He found two other potential problems and fixed them at no extra cost.
