Louie and Linda are the nicest couple you'll ever meet. Louie's been at his line of work since the 70's and they don't come in as a corporate company. When their job is complete their like family and their work is breath taking.

L&L came in being very professional. They gave us a reasonable quote & tome estimate for completion. They fulfilled their obligation in rhe most professional way. They worked diligently during the heatwave and when done I could not be more happy with the results! My floors are 97 years old and were scratched up and looked terrible. Now they look brand new! Thank U L&L. I give U my highest recommendation.

Linda and Louie were vere friendly and professional. They explained themselves every step of the way. They refinished my livingroom, dining area, and entry. They also replaced anx painted all of my base boards. The floors are beautiful. they were very reasonable. It was a much better experience than when I replaced the floors 22 years ago.

We had L&L out to refinish one room and a hallway. Why did we ever stop there. They did an awesome job and we will have them back to do the rest of the house. Thanks to Linda and Louie. You did a fanstastic job.

Louie and Linda are very prompt and professional. Linda contacted me while I was still on the website completing the request for this job. They came out, bid the job, told me it would take 5 days to refinish the living room and dining room hardwood (400 sq ft). The floors were beautifully finished within 5 days! Louie works quickly and cleanly, very cleanly. In addition to the main floors, he also completed necessary repairs, entry transitions and around the fireplace hearth. He is truly a craftsman. I highly recommend L&L Hardwood Floors. We've already scheduled another job with them.

My experience with Linda and Louie was wonderful. My bamboo floor in my study was badly damaged by a build up of moisture under a rug that left a large area of mold on the bamboo. Louie and Linda arrived on a Tuesday and painstakingly pried up the damaged boards, found the expected moisture on the cement slab beneath, placed a fan on the area, and left the area to air out and dry for a week. Louie and Linda reappeared the next Tuesday, cleaned the area, and meticulously measured, cut, and glued new bamboo boards on the previously damaged area. They did an excellent job. Louie is an artist, and Linda is his cheerful assistant. They left everything spotless, and you would never know now that my floor was ever damaged. I believe the total number of boards they replaced was in the range of thirty-five to forty. I highly recommend Linda and Louie for any flooring work. They are superb.

We were in the process of upgrading our kitchen and family room when we decided to tear out the existing wood floor and replace it with new. We called L & L and left a message. Linda returned our call that same evening! We set up a time for Luis and Linda to come and give us an estimate. On arrival, Luis got down on his knees, looked carefully at the existing floor, got up and said to us "You don't want to tear out this floor. It is white oak, and simply needs to be sanded down and then refinished!" We could quickly tell that Luis and Linda were not the type of people to throw something away that still had life. They could have easily sold us a new floor but being the honest people they are, gave us the truth about our existing floor, and saved us a major expense as well! We are so pleased with the reconditioned floor. It has taken on new life, and is absolutely beautiful! When you hire L & L you'll get a team. They work together. And after 30-plus years in the construction trade I can tell you that Luis is a true craftsman. Quality to him comes first; all else is secondary. You will not be disappointed if you hire L & L for your flooring needs.
