Property Appraisal
LYLE LOOKED A LITTLE UNPROFESSIONAL BUT HE HAD DRIVEN A COUPLE HOURS UP FROM SAN DIEGO TO DO THE APPRAISAL. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND WAS UNOBTRUSIVE WHILE TAKING HIS PICTURES AND DOING HIS MEASUREMENTS. HE ALSO GOT THE PAPERWORK TO MY MORTGAGE BROKER IN A VERY TIMELY FASHION.
