 + -1 moreGary Terrell of Performance Heat and Air came out after a request the previous afternoon for service. He arrived on time. He went through the furnace and gave me a diagnosis of the problems. He was very nice and left it up to me to decide if I wanted the repair or to install a new furnace. I had had two previous estimates. One of my estimates for repair exceeded the cost quoted by Mr. Terrell for a new furnace. The following morning I had a new furnace installed by his crew. He charged me exactly what he quoted and brought two items into code. I was very pleased. My furnace is working great, and they were very professional.
Description of Work: I had a service call on November 15, 2012. I had a new furnace installed on Friday, November 16, 2012.
