concrete repair, drain pipe
 + 0 moreTHEIR BID WAS COMPETITIVE WITH OTHERS WE RECEIVED. WE FELT THAT TOM WAS THE MOST THOROUGH AND IDENTIFIED ANY POSSIBLE HIDDEN COSTS. WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE CONCRETE AND THE QUALITY OF WORK PROVIDED. THE CREW WAS FRIENDLY AND EASY TO WORK WITH. MY ONLY COMPLAINTS ARE WITH THE CLEANLINESS AND THE DAMAGE TO A POOL PIPE. THEY BROKE A PVC PIPE WHEN THEY WERE DOING THE GRADING AND FAILED TO NOTIFY US. WHEN WE FILLED THE POOL IT LEAKED AND IT TOOK TWO WEEKS TO FIND THE LEAK. WE HAD TO FIND IT OURSELVES BECAUSE THE CONCRETE COMPANY AND POOL COMPANY WERE BUSY BLAMING EACH OTHER. MY SECOND COMPLAINT IS WITH CLEANLINESS. THE CREW LEFT TRASH AROUND AND DIDN'T CLEAN UP. THEY HAD TO TEAR OUT AND REPOUR ONE SECTION OF CONCRETE AND LEFT THE BROKEN CONCRETE FOR US TO DISPOSE OF. I HAVE MORE CONCRETE TO POUR AND PLAN TO HIRE BREEN AGAIN.
Description of Work: INSTALLED APPROXIMATELY 2000 SQUARE FEET OF COLORED CONCRETE PATIO WITH BROOM FINISH. THEY ALSO GRADED THE AREA AND INSTALLED DRAINAGE AND A SEWER LINE. THE PATIO INCLUDED A WALKWAY WITH SEVERAL STAIRS THAT WRAP AROUND THE POOL.
