Carter Roofing

Receptionist was very personable and sweet on phone, but each time I called (3-4) , I was told it would be several months(!) before they could send someone out to give a quote! [Our home is just a couple of miles down the road from them! They pass us to and from their work.] Each time I was assured, "They would get back to me." After giving them plenty of extra time, I gave up after waiting for a call back after 18 months(!). I think a more courteous, professional response might have been to be more truthful and consider my needs before they kept me hanging-on in case jobs slacked off for them. I will NEVER call them when the roof needs replacement. The irony is that I was doing my best to support local talent, rather than go outside the local community. The sooner they go out of business the better for other local people who are more deserving of employment. Don't waste your time waiting on the Carter people.
