I chose this jeweler based on recommendations, and I did not go wrong. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. I had been told by others that the necklace could not be repaired due to where the damage was....braided gold where a fine wire had broken within the braid. The jeweler took a look, said no problem and was able to completely repair and the repair is invisible....cannot locate the repair. Then, he looked at several pieces of jewelry I had and weighed them, talked to me about the price of gold in the pieces vs. intrinsic value. Very informative and helped with some decisions on what to do with the jewelry. When I went to pick up the repair, they were once again friendly, professional and willing to help. Great place, would recommend highly for any needs. They also buy gold and coins.
