Terrible experience with the Pine Grove location while only getting an estimate for brakes, this experience actually cost me money. I eventually went to Jackson and left my name and phone number with Al Ruiz for the owner, Phil, to call me so I could let him know about my experience before doing any review. I never got a call or an apology for what happened. And yes, I do know they have a good reputation, but it was a twist of fate that I caught this.

 + -1 moreI totally depend on Jackson Tires to keep me safe on the road. I do a lot of driving and know I can stop in anytime and they'll check and rotate my tires if needed at no cost. They're flexible with time and can order and install within a few days. They're all friendly, professional and always provide quality work.

 + -1 moreThey were very busy when I drove into their tire center but they were still able to align my vehicles front end within 90 minutes and it was during the lunch hour.
