Derek ordered the materials and picked it up. He worked with the supplier to replace broken materials. He works quickly and professionally and is very responsive to customer input. At the time he installed our floor he was also teaching his assistant the details of installation with patient instruction. We were lucky to find him through another general contractor in town, are extremely pleased with our floor and would definitely hire him again.
