AAA-CALIFORNIA STATE AUTO

I went in to the AAA office to register a trailer that I bought.  After a fairly long wait I was able to finish my transaction.  They are having a promotion to get a Giants hat with an insurance quote so I thought I  would get one.  The first lady that helped me was very nice but she took me to talk to another woman who was the agent.  I told her right away that I have 2 tickets on my record and then she looked at me in the system.  She didn't even finish giving me a quote but asked what I was paying and said"I won't be able to beat that with your driving record. Iwill have to rate you on your most expensive car".  She acted like I was some lower life form because I have 2 tickets.  I didn't get the hat either.  I insure myself 2 daughters, a home, and 6 cars so she lost AAA a fairly decent account.  I am now shopping for other roadside service since I don't even want to use them for that.
