Good service

My refrigerator was not keeping food frozen or cold. Turned out to be the condenser but also the ice maker was not working. The repairs or replacement were still covered under an extended warranty so I only paid for a detailed estimate to provide to the insurance company. They were able to accommodate my needs quickly and helped me get satisfaction under the extended warranty. Love these guys!

Was looking for a company to repair my refrigerator. The service was great. Techs were very friendly and answered all my questions. They quickly said that my fridge needed a defrost. Did the repair the same day. Fridge is back to work now. No complaints!

Wertax came out and serviced my washing machine. They told me the timer needed to be replaced. They said they would come back out and install it if I ordered the part. I ordered the part and texted Max saying the part arrived. He never responded. I texted him 3x more times over a week and he never answered. When he wanted to be paid after the service call he responded to my text messages within minutes. Once he got his money, he became AWOL. Never once responded saying he would come back out and finish the service call. I would NEVER recommend Wertax LLC. Angi should drop them from their service providers. They are unreliable. There are plenty of small appliance service companies out there. Use them and NOT Wertax LLC.

Came by very fast on Saturday afternoon. Fixed our dryer bad did full service and maintenance. Great service

Fast, friendly, and very efficient. Would definitely recommend to others.
