The problems were that a prepayment was required. A bit unusual for a service Company.
My final two emailed questions were not answered.
Evidently they did a pipe/pressure test but they did not catch what our pool man is sure is a leaking one-way valve near the pool equipment. Seems to me the skimmer is another natural place to look for leaks along with the along with the light fixtures. In a nut shell, they pressure checked the pipes ,found nothing (but may have missed check valve), found cracks in the spa PebbleTec, and stopped. The cracks were not dye tested, nor were the lights, nor was the skimmer/overflow. Lazy, assumptive work, $350 and only about 45 min on site.
Watch the tech perform his promised obligations, ask lots of questions, and be sure every fixture thru the plaster/PebbleTec is checked.

I hired Water Savers to investigate the cause of a leak in the main basin of the water feature in my back yard. They arrived early (too early, actually, as I wasn't actually home when they showed up), let themselves in the backyard, and began analysis. They determined the source of the leak, took photos, and told me that I'd get a write up shortly.
A few days later, I received the write-up via e-mail, which included an estimate for repair.
Overall, the process was painless and smooth. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs a fountain leak investigated.
