VINYL WINDOW BROKER

They were told by my HOA what was required. They put the windows in wrong. The HOA manager finally got them to come bacteria out and redo the windows. They came out redid the windows. They were still put in the wrong way. I guess they can't read directions. They were asked again to come out and fix the windows. The windows still were not put in as the HOA specified. They had the balls to come back to do another job in the complex. The HOA had barred them from any jobs in this complex

We actually like the fact that they got our association approval for us.  They kept the jobsite very clean and did a woderful job.  The windows have made such a difference on our home.

 We ordered the windows in January they  took around 10 days or so to show up.  They installed them in only 6 hours, kept the jobsite very clean and did a great job.  We would definetely recommend them to anyone.  We even had a problem with on the windows over the 4th of July holiday, we called the manager Erick on his cell provided during the measuring process and he came out and adjusted it on his way to the fireworks!

Installed 31 windows in one day. That should have been the clue that they were not done correctly. Since then we have had repeated leaks. When we called for another company to access the problems, numerous errors were detected. They were not anchored to the frames correctly, "interior" vinyl stripping was used on the exterior, the windows were not chaulked entirely, measuring was inaccurate and too small of windows were installed leading to too large of gaps. After heavy rains, water intrusion into the walls has led to numerous problems and repair work. When asked to address the numerous problems (repeated phone calls) only bandaid solutions were offered and they would not take responsibility for any of the resultant problems. We had to hire other companies at additional costs to clean up their mess. And I'm sure we're not done yet!
