The head of the service department always talks to my husband and assures that the work will be done. They are punctual. They do what they say they are going to do. We use them all the time.

They are just as good as any dealer, I am not happy with any of them. They were nasty about it. The car had 36200 miles and when I made the appointment, the car had 35000 miles. They decided out of the goodness of their heart to allow and do work on it, but wanted to charge me. However, finally I didn’t pay for it. They were just not pleasant people to deal with. Their quality of work was adequate.

This dealership was good in terms of their services that they did on my car. Now it took a while, but this was kind of a unique situation because my car is new on the market so they had to do a lot of work to figure out what was going on. I was pleased with them. It should be noted that my rating of this company pertains only to the service department over there that's run by David Royer. He is really nice. I can't comment on them as far as sales go.
