He does know his business, however he does not supervise his men. Somehow he does not pass on his knowledge to his supervisors and crews. They come in for their weekly cleanup and they don't look for any disease or anything on the trees. The only way to get them to look at anything is to call him directly and make an appointment for him to come out himself. His crews over time have just become lax. The weeding gets neglected, and they basically rake and blow the leaves and do a little bit of mowing. When they are instructed, they do well, but we've just watched our landscaping go slowly downhill. We finally got the supervisor to understand that when they were done with the blowing they needed to hose off the patio and the courtyard. Periodically they will come and they will trim the shrubs and hedges. Usually they have to start looking really shaggy before they will do it.
