 + -1 moreI purchased a laptop from them and I had a lot of problems with it. There were three different times where the motherboard failed and when I called them to get help with that they had off-shore customer service that made it difficult for me to communicate with them and also they really did nothing for me to help me with my problem.
Description of Work: This is the brand of the laptop I purchased and I used their technical assistance and customer service centers.
