 + -1 moreI could not be more pleased. Ian and his associate, Chris, were prompt, polite, listened to my concerns, and ultimately did a job that even an old pick like me found to be excellent. I had other contractors bid and Ian?s was among the lowest. In the end, I found the quality of his work to be among the highest. Laying tile is Ian?s specialty. If that is what you need, you should be very happy with the bid and the results.
Description of Work: Demoed two small bathrooms (not the showers) tiled and installed two new toilets. There was some water damage, which Ian repaired and a very modest charge.
