Technician was on time. I have used this company for years. Technician was very nice and answered all questions. After the completion of the work, and the technician was gone, later that evening when I tried to use a particular folder to upload images for eBay auctions, this folder was completely gone from where it was before and there were no images in that area (almost 700) I spent considerable time locating it, copied it and dragged it to the location where it used to be.
However, now the uploaded scans end up next to this folder and I need to drag the image into the folder with the existing images which I did not need to do before and it's an extra step. Also the default on my scanner was gone, as was the link to my image folder. I now do not have a direct link to this folder which I use daily. I called and left 2messages, no return call was received. There was always an answering machine, from 8 am until 9:30. Finally someone answered and said there was no need for the technician to come out again but he could fix this from his computer and link into mine. I asked when, and the answer was and quot;soonand quot;. The technician needed to be contacted first. Now I'm waiting. I'll see what happens.
My suggestion is: When a technician is finished, before he leaves, CHECK ALL YOUR FILES AND PATHS AND MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WORKS FOR YOU!
The technician came to fix all my problems and I satisfied with the service. I will use them again as I'm familiar with them. I don't know anyone else who is qualified to call on.

You know we don't open until 9am and that one day Deanna was running behind by 30 minutes. I understand that on that particular day you wanted us back out immediately, but I am shocked that you would make it sound like we are unresponsive to your needs. Your tech came back out right away and fixed your issues as always. And we have continued to service you since that day and as always we do our very best for you. I hope you would consider updating your review of us as we try very hard to maintain our great reputation in the community."

Computer was running slow, needed cleaning up. The tech was on time, however he did not want to answer any questions i had about how to prevent this from happening again. He also spent too much time checking his phone, on my dime!

When we followed up with you we were told that everything was working well and you had no complaints. Are you sure you are not mixing us up with another company that may have serviced you after us? With regard to your issue with the technician talking on the phone, it is our company policy to take ourselves off the clock for any issues not involving your service, and we take great pride in answering any questions posed by our customers."

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH TECHTREKKERS. THEY CHARGE BY THE HOUR AND WHEN ONE COMPUTER WAS DOWNLOADING SOMETHING TO FIX IT, THE PERSON WENT TO WORK ON THE OTHER COMPUTER(S), SO THEY DID NOT WASTE ANY TIME AND REPAIRED OUR COMPUTERS.
