For my thirty years of dealing with realtors. I only like two couples, and that was one of them. No exceptions. I am guessing up-sell. Wife said no. WE brought them in at the end of a remodeling. They advised us and put a team to finished the appearance, to model, a stage as they put it. We consider their talents for the paint and the furnishing for the staging, to be absolutely top not in model homes. They took over coordination of the criteria of addressing across the board with permits and all the legalities to fix those issues. They took it over. We were responsive. They made sure everything was tracked accurately. They put a resource on it that was inexpensive and fast. Things like a raise concrete step in the garage to meet code. Bam, they got it done instantly. Things with inspectors there. They were there on sight to book someone to fix it right away. The height of proactive and responsive management. They owned the issue with getting that house on the market right away. Extremely knowledgeable. They got a good price on the house. They got a good set of clientele, to come in and look at the house. Of course they do all the things that realtors are suppose to do. Extremely friendly and capable people. Easy to talk to. We would use them again and again. Anytime these types of things happen. Blew me away. We didn't realize that we bought into a realtor to add pressure to us, we bought into was essentially an CEO to manage everything, and take the worry out of our minds. Sure we had to participate in all the things needed our participation. They stepped up, and took away all the pressure. To call these guys rock-stars is an understatement. We would exclusively use them, and find it difficult to use anyone else again. They made everyone else look bad. We suggest them to all our friends. They set the bar high. They did a good job. A really good job.
