Untill the cleaners came out and every time did not do a complete job, they would miss behind doors, picture frames and hard to get places with a vaccum. Called Pat and she would tell them to do it next time, but they seemed to still not do it. I happened to be home on a Friday and they did not show until late afternoon, when I called her she said she thought I was at work. This is very unprofessional, communication is key. The same day I was home I heard something crash in my tub, when I went in there and asked one of the cleaners if something broke she said no. When she left the bathroom I then found my candle holder in pieces, but put together so I could not initially notice. She lied to my face, there is a serious credibility issue. I asked for my key back on the spot. And now looking for a new service.

Satisfactory...they get there and get the job done.

Barely adequate performance. Different staff in home each week without appropriate supervision or oversight by owners. Result is a careless service outcome delivered with a careless attitude. They don't move furniture or even a pair of shoes from the floor but just vacuum, quickly and carelessly around it. Floors are quickly mopped without regard to actually removing dirt. The owners do not provide continuity to the housecleaning people who are not English speakers.
