Jacob was great! My garage door spring broke which prevented the door from opening fully. I needed to get into my garage so I forced the door open and created further damage. Jacob diagnosed everything and after listening to my options I decided it was best to replace my 30 year old garage door opener. Jacob repaired my spring and came the next day to install my new garage door opener. I appreciated the communication all along the way. When he was late I received a message and throughout the whole repair Jacob communicated everything to me. The service and price and price I paid were excellent. Excellent. He called before the appointment we made to confirm his arrival window. Arrived when expected. Cleaned and adjusted lock as needed, made it better than it was, like brand new. Very happy with his work, he did what was needed and little extra, very time efficient, and did not suggest work above what was needed to fix the problem. Definitely would hire again.

Jacob from Spirit Locksmith was the first to respond. I sent him pictures and he gave me a quote that was not the lowest I received but I gave the work to Jacob because he was so timely with the responses. He showed up on time and the work was done well. He did a tube up on both garage doors in addition to the spring replacement. Thank you Jacob!

This work was done very efficiently and promptly. Three days after the initial contact, all was finished. The installation went smoothly after which a good cleanup was done and the old door hauled away. The final price was exactly as quoted with no unexpected extras. No down payment was asked for, all was done on trust. We are very satisfied with all aspects of this installation. Highly recommended.

Iron side gate digital LOCKEY unit was tampered with and no longer locking. In addition to not locking, the frame around the lock was clearly bowed out from being jimmied. Called Spirit on a Friday afternoon and was promised an appointment the very next day, Saturday. Jacob showed up during the timeframe promised, diagnosed the issue, discussed how it would be resolved, and repaired the lock. Jacob also oiled and cleaned my front door lock. Very pleased with quality of this company/Jacob, who was professional and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. Price was fair. Will not hesitate to use this locksmith for ALL my future needs! Rafael is a true professional....this is his own company, which I was happy to know and not a locksmith sent via a call center. After a theft of my keys complete with identification of where I lived, Jacob rekeyed the entire house deadbolts (5) and car. Jacob was right on time, fully explained what he planned to do, and quietly went about his work. He finished quite a bit sooner than I expected he didn't leave a mess.

I found Spirit , called he was there in fifteen minutes . Smiling friendly, and ready to face this problem . Ultimately replaced the handles tumbler , lubricated it and it worked like a charm. Smooth , like new and it’s Not new ,older ❗️He saved me the expense of a whole set of double door handles and locks . His fees were great gave a Senior discount as well . He really rescued me in a time of urgency and it took less than hour . I will defiantly recommend his services and call again myself ❗️ Thank you so much❗️

Jacob called me back within minutes on a Fri night after 7pm. We arranged for him to come by between 2 - 3pm the next day, Saturday. He was right on time, professional, easy to do business with. The work took less than 30 min. I'm giving a price rate of B only because it seemed a bit high and it wasn't discussed with me beforehand. But I imagine that this is the going rate and he was so responsive that I don't really care. AND it was a Saturday. I would definitely do business with him again in heartbeat.

Jacob did a great job. He called me when he knew he was going to be late due to traffic and then arrived on time. He re-keyed the locks like no-one's business and then did a professional job on the striker plates, which then worked as designed.
