We received three bids, but Igor was the only one who understood the full scope of the job, so when I called the others back they upped their prices. The workers led by Markus were on time everyday and kept a rigid schedule to finish as promised. They came back as promised to touch up the base boards after the flooring went in. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. Igor is a man of his word. I will use them again when the time comes. I am not including the price because every job is different but it was a fair price for this multilevel townhouse. Mike

This is my second experience with Igor/Signature Painting. As before, great work done exactly as agreed. Very patient and easy to deal with, even when I added on things, or needed flexibility for the carpet layers, and so forth. His pricing seems fair to me and the outcome is quite beautiful. They were meticulous and attentive to our needs. It was a great example of you get what you pay for. Igor came out to do the estimate. His attention to detail was what sold me on the company. This attention to detail was replicated in the staff who did the painting. They even provided us with painters tape to help identify any touch-ups desired on the last day (just in case). Igor even followed up after the job was complete to make sure we were completely happy (and we are). In regard to being professional and showing up on time, they were all of that.

Igor is a pleasure to work with, he did good work, and he did it on time and for a reasonable price. My experience with some subcontractors is that they are just waiting for any kind of opportunity to increase their price. Igor patiently put up with delays in the property being ready to paint without complaint and with no extra charges. He took the job, with all its challenges of water damaged drywall in stride. Other painters I contacted wanted to exclude the hard stuff. One painter was triple Igor's price. Good work and easy to work with. Prompt, responsive and responsible.

Minor painting needs identified and recommended by the team, but beyond the original scope, were painted without charge; no quibbling over minor additions to the project. Completed on time. The only concern was a cleanup issue that they corrected later. Signature comes highly recommended for those looking for work of the highest quality at a reasonable price.

Igor and his crew are always great. I have used them to paint a number of apartment interiors, as well as for some extreme patching and plastering after a repipe. They do great work and always clean up after themselves, which as we all know is not common among tradespeople. Pricing is very reasonable. They always seem to go a little bit above the requirements to get the job done.

Nice guys, good job on painting but patching of kitchen ceiling not the best. I wished I would have been more diligent with getting them to patch the ceiling better. I also would have bought the paint ahead of time because that was not cheap, even with their discount.

We contracted for 16 labor hours to sand and seal our backyard fence. They provided 8 hours, and didn't sand. Result: fence is protected from the elements, but it still looks pretty worn out. Responsiveness has been poor. Nobody calls us back when we call them.
