I couldnâ t be happier to have heard of Shine Time Cleaning Services. Shine Time was just what I needed for my home in Irvine, CA. Iâ ve hired a number of cleaning companies in the past, but none have even come close to their expertise. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a thorough, detailed cleaning at a reasonable price. This lady gives them 5 stars.
