 + 0 moreI would highly recommend Sandra Mittry. She is a very kind and caring person who works with a high level of professionalism. Her endless energy, patience and willingness to solve any issue is amazing. We purchased a condo for our daughter in a difficult seller's market with multiple offers. She helped us make the offer and managed to negotiate for the washer and dryer and get a credit to fix the furnace. Also she recommended home inspectors, home repairmen and was there for every appointment helping with her expert advice. If we had any questions, we would get an immediate reply to our phone calls, emails, and text messages. She truly went beyond all our expectations and Sandra would be a perfect choice for an exceptional real estate agent.

Her knowledge covers everything, from the minuscule paper-work details to the big picture considerations when looking for your first home. On top of that, she is a wonderful person, full of warmth, compassion, and support. She guided my wife and I through the process of buying our first home. Since then we continue to check with her regarding possible home improvements and the changing market because she is always in the know. Her work ethic and energy are infectious; she truly has your back. We've recommended her to family members and friends and will continue to do so. If you are even considering buying or selling a home, contact Sandra. Her follow through, attention to detail, timeliness, and follow through are top notch. She is truly one of a kind.

Description of Work: My wife and I were discussing the idea of home ownership. We were fortunate to find a fantastic agent and broker named Sandra Mittry. Her expertise in her field is amazing. I have heard horror stories of people looking for homes and agents who do not have the buyers best interest at heart. Not in this case. After our first meeting we felt like she truly wanted us to find the home of our dreams in the area we wanted to live in. I have never seen anyone work so hard and provide so much information. Just so you understand, this is our first time trying to buy a home. My wife and I do not speak the home buyer language. To say I was nervous is an understatement, but Sandy reassured us that our feelings were normal. Sandy explained everything so we were clear. She is so on top of here industry, she warned us about certain of aspects of homes that were not good and could cost money in the near future. She kept us away from homes that had HOA fees and many other issues. She traveled at peak traffic hours to meet with us. This wonderful lady has made home buying exciting. She was as excited as were and we were the ones buying the home. If your looking to buy a home whether it's your first or if your selling and buying another. Sandy Mittry is the person you should talk to, she is a person of integrity, who truly cares about your interest and not her commission. If something is wrong with the home your interested in she will disclose whats wrong and steer you away from it. I thank the Lord for allowing us to find and work with Sandra Mittry. As far as I'm concerned I'll never work with anyone else. Oh wow I almost forgot we just received the keys to our first new home and we owe it all to Sandy Mittry. We were shocked at how quickly it all happened. Thank you Sandy we would not have our home today if it wasn't for you. :)
