My computer was infected with malware and I had inadvertently deleted critical files necessary to run Windows properly.  I am usually able to remedy my computer problems, but in this case I was unable to do so. I called several companies and I inquired about the services and fees. Runnerboys offered a very reasonable price which included  virus removal and data back-up. A few hours later I met with Eldad and he devised several solutions. Eldad was very knowledgeable and quite personable. He quickly ascertained that my files(word documents, media) would remain secure as the malware had targeted Windows. Eldad fixed my computer and even re-installed many of my programs. I will definitely call Runnerboys in the future!
