Jeff arrived within the 1-hour time frame he communicated to me the day before. He described the potential risks that could occur but took the least invasive means to quickly get the job done. His price was very reasonable and he was a good guy.

Jeff responded promptly and did a very good, professional job, fast. Very reasonable pricing. I will definitely be calling him for any future plumbing problems.

I have used Rocky Rooter several times in the 7 years I have lived in Irvine, and the service has always been fantastic. Jeff answers his own phones and always works to come to my aid quickly, almost always within the same day. His work is fast and professional, and he always cleans up after completing the project.
He came over on December 23 within 90 minutes of me calling him. He was going on family holiday later that day, but he STILL found time to squeeze me in!  He quickly determined where the block was, took apart the appropriate plumbing fixtures, "snaked" the drain, reconnected everything and tested his work. All of this was in about 20 - 30 minutes. I wish all professional service people worked as hard as Jeff does. I recommend him without reservation!

Jeff might be the BEST plumber we've ever used! He was on time, polite, extremely knowledgeable and truly concerend that the problem was fixed. He even returned a few days later to see how the toilet was working. We will always use Jeff for any/all plumbin problems.  My husband and I still can't believe how friendly and diligent he was regrading his work.

Jeff was very nice to squeeze us into his schedule before leaving on a holiday weekend. Quickly cleared our drain line, Great service.

This was the second time we've used Rocky Rooter, and it won't be the last. The first time he came over and unclogged our kitchen sink drain. This time, we had a leak in the bathroom sink from a broken coupler on the trap. I called at 12:00 noon, and by 1:15 he as at my house. Jeff is very polite and professional. He took a look at the problem, dug around in his truck, and had the parts on hand to repair it. Jeff worked quickly, cleaned up after the job, and tested the new plumbing for a good 3 - 4 minutes. By 2:15 he was done and on his way to his next job. Jeff is very professional, prices are very reasonable, and it super responsive. I will continue to recommend him to others!
