Who would think that having mold removed from my crawl space would be such a positive experience. I contacted Restoration 1 through Angi's list and they were prompt in coming to my house to assess the damage . They provided pictures and videos of the damage. All the way through the remediation and eventual clearance of the mold was done with the upmost professionalism. I was updated daily by Janny Ferrer (CEO) and there were no surprises awaiting me when I return to the residence. The quality of work and reasonable price was way above my expectations. The three technicians I would like to personally thank are Jose, Bryan and Jake. They did an awesome job. I would recommend this company hands down to anyone having water damage to their home. Great from start to finish the team did an amazing job. Very professional and courteous, they explained the process and timeline. Janny, Jose & Tony took care of a moldy ceiling for us, recommended 3rd party environmental testing companies for the all clear and a general contractor to patch up the work and all was resolved in just a few days! Hopefully we will stay mold free but if not I know who to call and feel safe to refer them to family and friends.

Janny (the owner), Tony and Jason did an excellent job with the remediation of the mold and water damage caused by the leak in our kitchen. They helped greatly in determining the source of the leak (which wasn't obvious at first) and documented thoroughly the evidence with photos and videos throughout the project. They removed only what was necessary and, with extra effort, carefully preserved and kept in place our relatively new quartzite countertop. Throughout the project, their communication was great. They were professional, competent, courteous, and always on time. After the project, while receiving estimates for our kitchen rebuild, a couple of contractors commented on the high quality and thoroughness of their work. I would certainly recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

The services provided by Restoration 1 were exceptional. They put a team of professionals together that helped us deal with water and mold damage in our home. The team included HVAC, plumbing, duct cleaning and reconstruction sub contractors. They had to deal with abuse from our tenants prior to moving out. Their cost estimating was thorough and detailed. I would highly recommend Restoration 1. Janny and Tony were fantastic to work with, consummate professionals.

Our experience with Restoration 1 of Irvine was remarkable! We had severe smoke damage in our bedroom from our fireplace, and the entire room and furniture was badly damaged. The crew came out to access, and started work the following day. They were here so professional, and were here for a total of 14 hours over a two day period. We were informed of each step throughout the process. There are many items on our walls and our ceilings are very high, and everything was removed, cleaned, and put back perfectly. I would recommend Restoration 1 of Irvine to anyone needing repair in their home from any damage. We have given their information to our HOA because they are so good. It has now been 3 months, and they are still checking in with us to see 7f everything is good. They feel like a family business who cares about their customers, and we are very appreciative.
