Janny and her team went above & beyond! They helped us with the entire process from beginning till end. I also appreciated their utmost efforts in getting the task done whether or not it was in their scope of work. They had helped both my dad and I through this difficult process and guided us throughout all phases of the removal of mold from beginning till end.

We had a serious mold problem in several areas of our house. After interviewing 4 companies we chose Restoration 1 of Irvine and are so glad we did! Janny, the CEO, came to the house with Tony, the foreman, to evaluate the situation. They were thorough, timely, good to work with, and the price was reasonable compared to other quotes. And compassionate--you don't usually get that these days. They developed a plan, explained what we needed to do, set dates, and we stayed on schedule in spite of also having to deal with asbestos, a situation that they guided us through even though it wasn't part of their work. Would I use them again? Well, I hope I don't ever need to, but the answer to that question is ABSOLUTELY!

The services provided by Restoration 1 were exceptional. They put a team of professionals together that helped us deal with water and mold damage in our home. The team included HVAC, plumbing, duct cleaning and reconstruction sub contractors. They had to deal with abuse from our tenants prior to moving out. Their cost estimating was thorough and detailed. I would highly recommend Restoration 1. Janny and Tony were fantastic to work with, consummate professionals.

The entire process was great from start to finish. Janna came out with the guys for the inspection, and they started the work the next work day. We had a lot of smoke damage in our bedroom. Tony ran the project, and they cleaned everything so throughly, and removed many heavy items from the walls and put everything back. Very impressed. price was high, but didn't have anything to compare it to. We recommend them to anyone! Tom and Lois Knudson

Incredible! The owner came out to our home with her employees, and they inspected and measured everything together. They came into the house with masks, and wore booties on their shoes. Everyone was very professional. We were a little shocked at the price initially, but we had a full room of smoke damaged walls and ceiling from a bad flue, and the before and after is night and day. It took 2 full days, and we had approximately 20 heavy items high up on the walls. Tony and Jason took everything down, cleaned every items individually, and after the clean up, rehung everything. We are going to recommend them to our HOA, and friends in need of any repairs in their home.

We had an excellent experience with Restoration 1 of Irvine. Janny (the owner), Tony and Jason went above and beyond what we were expecting. Not only did they do an excellent job with the remediation of the mold and water damage caused by the leak in our kitchen, but they also helped greatly in determining the source of the leak (which was not obvious at first) and documented thoroughly the evidence with photos and videos throughout the project. They removed only what was necessary and, with extra effort, carefully preserved and kept in place our custom quartzite countertop. Throughout the project, their communication was exemplary. They were professional, competent, courteous, and always on time. Their service was concluded with helpful advice and professional resources for the post-remediation process. I hope to never need their services again, but they have a permanent place in my contacts in case I ever do.
