We initially hired Penny as a property appraiser. We were so pleased with her professionalism, straight-forward attitude, and cost effective ideas to beautify/market the property that we hired her to be our Realtor also. It was the best decision we could make.
Penny worked out a great plan to sell the house quickly within a range close to our asking price. She was a superb, go-to professional. If we had a question, issue, you name it, we could call Penny and she would respond right away with quality advice. She was knowledgeable and helpful.
Being very demanding and not a typical seller, Penny had to do a lot of hand-holding. She walked us through the process explaining the steps, what our responsibilities were, how to complete them, and what to expect later on. She even walked us through details of paperwork, and made going through the drudgery of paperwork very simple and easy to handle. There were a few hiccups that were out of her control, but she found the best ways to handle them.
We were very pleased that Penny was so easily accessible. We were in constant communication. She continued to stay in contact helping us through moments even after closing.
Not only did we get plenty of offers very quickly, Penny supervised the sale so we received a maximum amount we could hope to get on the property.
