Unfortunately I wasn't able to use the Big Deal. The company never contacted me to schedule the service.

When he came out he looked at the affected areas (in the kitchen under the sink) and said there was moisture under a cabinet and wall and he would go back to his office and type up an estimate and send me the estimate right away and have the problem handled by Thursday and he didn’t call me back until Friday. At that point I had a second company out and they did not find this was needed at all and bleach handle the affected areas.
Description of Work: When I made the appointment he said he would call me back and he didn’t. I had to call him back.

See above. Our only complaint was he missed our appointment appointment on the first try and I had to take another morning off so the second appointment could be scheduled.
Description of Work: He went all through the house including a couple of areas where their was previous mosture intrusion. he found no evidence of mold or any mosture of any kind. he even climed up in the attack to inspect. he seemed to posses the appropriate Hi tech tools to check for mosture in the walls and flooring. We were very satisfied and felt relieved. He even made some suggestions for upgrading our bathroom fan. I have recomended him to two other people. Something I rarely do.

We have mold restoration done inside the entrance closet. We hired Purer Space to check and see if there is any mold left. He came and swapped some samples inside the closet. The next day, we got a report that there was still a low level of Penicillium mold left. The restoration company came back and do more scrubbing and sanitizing. Shegun offered to come back one more time to check the result for free. He was punctual and professional and even gave me a 10% senior discount.
Description of Work: Checked for mold inside the closet that had water leak from the upstairs bathroom.

Description of Work: Shegun seemed very honest and professional. He checked for mold with the meter and assured us that there were no concerns and he did not charge us. It impressed me that Shegun did not try to charge me for alleged mold problems since that is the only way he makes money. It was a relief to know that there are no present mold problems.

Description of Work: I have a 7000 sq ft house and the mold was meticulously removed and a mold inhibitorwas sprayed on. They worked for eight hours to make sure all the mold was removed.
