We called them to shred some documents for us. They gave us a window of 2:30 - 4:30 at 4:35 they called to tell us they were running late but were on their way. This was not a last minute appointment we had this appointment for over a week. The company called us to confirm the time and had us call back to confirm it only to call us after the fact on the day to let us know they were late. It was a 2 hour window.

It is my understanding that when our driver who called you back on September 4th at approximately 4:35pm you had asked to reschedule your shredding job for another day as we were not going to arrive until approximately 5:30pm. We apologize again for the fact we were delayed that day and could not arrive within the 2 hour window we provided. That being said I called and left a couple of messages to call us back to reschedule your shredding job but unfortunatelty we did not hear back from you. Sorry for the misunderstanding. If there is document shredding you still need to handle I will offer you a "SPECIAL" deal due to the situation that occured. Regards, Peter (Proshred)"

Process went extremely well. Removed all boxes from garage - transferred documents into their receptacle which was lifted by a mechanical arm where documents were shredded. Camera on side of truck allowed viewing of the shred process.

I needed to have up to 15 boxes of personal and business financial documents shredded securely. My coupon had expired by a few weeks due to a family emergency and Peter/ProShred was able to honor it. They scheduled the shredding truck to arrive at my residence at my convenience and I was able to watch as the papers were securely shredded right on the spot. They performed the service in a timely and professional manner. I am definitely going use their service again.
