We initially contacted them for our kitchen and the designer was brilliant. Both Bobby and Hassan had so many great ideas about increasing space and storage that we decided to ask them to redo our bathrooms. Just those two jobs alone increased the value of our home by at least $100K as we had to have our house re-appraised for other purposes.
They were responsive over the phone, their price was competitive, their service was excellent. I like that it is a family run business, they are local and they manufacture their own doors. We visited their shop and see how happy everyone working there is as well. Super helpful. It makes us happy to know that we are supporting our community and local economy instead of being a number in a big organization.
The quality of the cabinets are excellent. We have had real wood, stained and painted for two years now in our kitchen even under our sink and not a single damaged spot. We have lazy susans and all sorts of spice wracks to increase space. Bobby even had this great idea because we are constantly loosing our tupperwear lids, so he installed a top small drawer on top of a big drawer to store our lids. Brilliant. These little things really help from day to day. I accidentally dropped a knife and it damaged one wooden door and it was replaced in less than a couple of days. Even though it had been over a year, the color matches very well.
We were so pleased with their work that we called them again for our closets. They build our dream closet with rolling shoe wracks for him and her. And the price was unbelievably amazing. We recently redid our garage and they packed it full of storage. Now everything has a place. we used laminate in the garage and that has worked out well. I was worried about peeling with heat from washer/dryer but the cabinets are perfect. They also clean very easily.
I am so pleased with both their service, great ideas, quality and pricing that I would highly recommend them.

Overall, I have had a terrible experience with Prime Tech. I hired them last year to build a custom kitchen. The sales person I worked with was nice, and he told me the products came with a five year warranty. The installation process was a mess, as several pieces came in damaged or wrong. After numerous trips, Prime Tech fixed those pieces. However, they failed to complete the job.
After a few months, several cabinets started to peel and/or chip, and several hardware pieces failed. I called to get the cabinets fixed under warranty. An installer/customer service person came out and took two cabinet doors (one on a trash pull out and one on a drawer). After holding on to the doors for several days, they called me and said they would not fix the doors under warranty and that they wanted me pay $600 to have their defective doors fixed. First, they tried to lie and say that that it wasn't covered because the warranty was only a year, which was wrong and inapplicable. This was in direct contravention of what I was told when I purchased the product, and was inapplicable because the job was never completed. They then said it wasn't covered because I must have done something to have the stain peel.
After refusing their improper charges, they finally fixed those doors for free. When the installer came back to install those doors, he was very rude. I pointed out to him that several other doors were also clearly defective. Those doors were next to the two doors he removed the first time and he clearly saw them, but decided to ignore them. Even though there were approximately at least 9 doors where the stain had peeled or was stripped, he tried to defer fixing them. He said he would take a picture, and that I should call back and quot;when they get worse.and quot; I informed him that was unacceptable, and that I wanted the defects fixed now. He then tried to say they he would send someone over to and quot;touch upand quot; the doors, even though several were peeling (which he told me earlier can't be fixed by touching up). I again told him that was unacceptable because the peeling can't be properly fixed with a touch up, and that I didn't want additional chemicals brought to the house, as I have a 10 month old baby at home. He then tried to argue with me about other irrelevant things, and eventually said he would take the doors back to the shop. However, he only took three of the defective doors and left the other ones. I asked him to get those other doors fixed, and he became even more rude and said he wouldn't take those now.
I immediately called his supervisor to complain about the rude service, and the issues with the doors, and he never returned my called. After not hearing from Prime Tech for two weeks, I called Prime Tech and inquired as to the status of my doors and asked to the talk to the supervisor again. He was unavailable, and the person on the phone said she would see what is going on with the doors. After looking into it, they called me to say they are looking into it some more. In addition, she tried to tell me she thinks there will be a charge. I told her that was unacceptable, and she hung up on me. Meanwhile, I have now had a custom kitchen with some doors missing for a month.
Overall, the doors are very poorly made. They scratch and/or get dented by anything brushing along side them, even your pants. I have never experienced cabinets that are so easy to scratch or dent. Based on the quality of their product, and their rude service, I would never recommend them to anyone.
