Sometimes, due to the nature of our work, a technician may arrive late and we always give you a courtesy call. Our technician called you and we authorized a $25 discount since it was an inconvenience to you. Unfortunately when you call a plumbing company there are set charges for services rendered. We never surprise you with these fees and you signed the work authorization/customer approval form confirming the amount of $125 prior to us doing the work. If you were not happy with the price at the time we would have gladly left you with an estimate and give you time to think about it. We are actually happy to hear that our technician was so quick! This saved you time. We like to be as quick and concise as possible. You also noted that you called our company and received the answering service. We show no record that you left a message and we have several in office personnel on duty but in the even they cannot get to the phone we do have an answering service because we don't want to miss anyone's call.
