Phoebe Chiang

Phoebe made a nervewracking process buying a home and break it down into something easy for me to understand, yet making it simple for me to take a seat back and let her work her magic. I initially met with her, told her my budget, and she guided me the right direction to get preapproved to see how much I would be able to afford in buying a home. After that was completed, which thankfully I did first because I was able to afford a little less than I would have believed. So after that, she sat me down in her office and discussed with me and asked me what I was hoping to accomplish with purchasing a home. She was very familiar with the Irvine area, which I know can be a challenge because it is such a large city. Eventually we were able to narrow a couple homes down in the price range which I was able to afford, and then she got right to work. I found the home I loved with the 2nd house I saw, and I knew I had to make an offer. She made an impression because she went the extra mile to get my offer accepted, in a competing offer situation, and guided me through the whole escrow process and made it manageable for me to understand. I'm typing this now from the comfort of my home, and I am thankful for awesome real estate agents like her. Real estate agents have a bad reputation throughout the industry, but Phoebe is definitely the exception to the rule. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for any real estate services or help!
