Persi Homes was one of the four OC construction firms I contacted to receive a kitchen remodel quote. Quotes ranged anywhere from $42K to $120K to accomplish the same thing. The scope of my project was to turn my kitchen into an open concept kitchen with a big island that would house an induction range with a vent above it. This required the removal of two walls, raising the kitchen ceiling by removing a soffit and trenching the concrete to gain electricity for the island with the range. I had drawn up my own kitchen design to better communicate my vision. After discussing my design needs and wants with all the various construction companies I decided to move forward with Persi as they seemed to listen best to what my vision was for this kitchen remodel. I chose Persi mostly because I could connect with Amin who was my main contact throughout this construction. Amin was very patient; he listened to what I wanted but still managed to make suggestions for the better when it made sense.

We hired Persi Homes for our second floor addition in Mission Viejo last year, and working with Hadi and his team was a great experience. They didn’t rush us in any part of the process and took the time to answer every question and concern we had. They also did a great job keeping us informed throughout each step of the process with their daily updates and pictures.

We absolutely love working with Persi Home. They remodeled our home very quickly with the highest quality and care so I would recommend it to anyone and everyone and also I can say it was one of the best decisions I made

Quite happy with the overall experience. Persi Homes was very organized and on top of the entire project, from the planning stage of drafting the plans to the most minor details of the last stages like the cabinet handles. We expanded the kitchen, added a new roof over the new area, and remodeled the powder room downstairs, alongside the entire flooring of the downstairs area, and I got zero change orders from them, so we finished precisely on budget. The timeline was also pretty spot on, just 2 weeks after their expected finish time, but most of the delay was due to the window suppliers shipping later than promised. Planning on redoing our master bath in the summer with them again.

Persi Homes did excellent work remodeling my master bathroom. I was very impressed by their professional and courteous attitude. They took their time to explain every single detail and suggested some great ideas of how to make the bathroom more stylish. The calculations were reasonable and they advised the materials that work the best for my bathroom. The project was completed on time and the quality of work is beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend their services, they are real professionals.
