Any appliance you buy, they keep the history on you, what you bought to get you the best warranty out there. They don't sell you a warranty you don't need. I would recommend my sales person; Christopher Walker and he will match you the price. They even include a ten percent on my military discount, so I get the best price on the same make and model compared to any place. It is the best price and better. We had priced the refrigerator, some places it was $1800, and Home Depot had it for $1600 and here we got it for $1400.

Although the sale staff can be quite pushy,
overall I had a great experience. The
selection is great and the prices are the best that I found. Definitely recommend this place.

The dishwasher wasn't working properly when they first put it in. They came out and completely replaced the whole thing. They are very helpful in giving good suggestions. They arrange for the delivery and the installation. They are really very punctual. They do everything on time. My experience with them has been wonderful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

P.S. told us that delivery and installation was included for all four appliances purchased. The D.B's that delivered the items left them in the garage and said that they only deliver!...didn''t even take them into the kitchen. Delivery goons said that it's only delivery. When we explained what was advertised and promised by the sales store, they said "nope, just deluvery" and got into their truck and went off to smoke their weed.

The appliances were selected based on assurances that Rick made on behalf of the third party installation companies. I ended up doing the installation myself and hiring an electrician to do the required electrical modifications. With scheduling and contacting various contractors, this ended up taking approximately 3 weeks when it should have taken one week.

They are a really good company with good prices and an excellent warranty.

OUR CONSULTANT WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND WAS GOOD AT EDUCATING US ON WHAT APPLIANCES WOULD BE MOST EFFECTIVE FOR OUR REMODELED KITCHEN. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR CHOICES, AND THE TIMELY MATTER OF THE APPLIANCE DELIVERIES.
