Noah Sharifi is outstanding. He is the business owner and handled my mortgage refi. He is a master at his profession. I got refi'ed into an outstanding rate, and the best thing, absolutely ZERO cost. I am not talking about no closing costs, but rather no costs period; indeed, no closing costs and no third party costs at all. True zero cost refi. He is a mortgage broker and offers this great refi rates/loans and pays the closing costs himself. It is a true win-win situation. I know you are reading this thinking how can he do that, but trust me, he gets paid by the mortgage company, not by you. He is saving me a great amount of money, and I am with a great mortgage provider. He is very efficient and quick at handling all calls and/or returning calls/emails, all days of the week. Where others where offering a refi to be completed in 30 days or so, he was able to wrap it up in less than 15 days. So quick. Additionally, everything was able to be completed online and over email. In fact, I was on vaca with my family when we had to sign the escrow docs/closing, and he sent a traveling notary to us (no cost to me). Noah is very personable and patient. Truly a caring and helpful individual. He cares about his customers rather than trying to push them into something so he can make the biggest profit. Lastly, his assistant April Snow (loan processor) was also great to work with. She was additionally so expeditious and willing to go above and beyond to help gets things done in a timely manner. Noah, April, and Pacific Coast Home Loans are my go to mortgage broker and I will be with them for life. P.S. I am also going to leave a review for the escrow company Prominent Escrow Services because they too are outstanding. Toni Williams, my escrow officer, has worked with Noah before, and they are all a well-oiled machine. Very smooth process.
