The phone reps are unfailingly courteous and pleasant, but the back office and computer systems are constantly in confusion. Orders are sometimes very late in arriving, we have had problems with addresses and they don't track orders well, so it is difficult to fix anything which goes wrong. I think the price changes from year to year are too high, but that may partly be due to Medicare policies. I would never recommend them, and each year swear to change providers, but just haven't.

Pricing was cheaper because I often order medications which I use for my three-month supply. It is much cheaper than getting it every month.

They're good. They notify you 21 days before Rx is due. They're good about reminders before delivery as well. I've never had any problems and ndash; They've never sent anything wrong. They also let you know if there's a cheaper generic, so they try save you money.
