John was the best decision I ever made when choosing an appraiser. This is only my second time leaving a Yelp review and I use Yelp daily (I know I'm sorry! Ha) but I just had to make the time to leave one for John. I researched and emailed several different appraisers and I chose John because he responded quickly, was within my budget, put in detail what the appraisal report would look like, and seemed friendly. I've never gotten an appraisal before. I needed 4 appraisals done and because a Trust was involved I needed 2 separate reports for each property. The properties themselves were a little complicated to appraise. John got all 4 properties and reports done within a month and emailed them to me as soon as he was done. He even accommodated me for weekend appointments because I worked during the week. I'm extremely happy with choosing to go with John. He made my first experience getting appraisals a piece of cake. He was very detailed and thorough in his reports and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely use him again in the future and recommend him to anyone I know. Thanks so much John!! :)
