Description of Work: Apparently a scan; named individual contacted me by phone; as third party contact to sell time-share I own in FL; that he had a contracted buyer of same; wired $$ to effectuate 10% of contracted sale price, which he claimed would be returned; said it was 'earnest $$'; have NOT heard from him since that date. I am prepared to contact the FBI with names of persons involved if necessary.

 + -1 moreAfter months of processing by a large bank, the application for a loan was denied. On the recommendation of a real estate broker, I contacted Arin at Nationwide Lending. Arin was able to find a loan for me without the months of uncertainty that my previous unsuccessful search for a mortgage entailed. He can provide face to face contact and has timely information about procedures whenever it is wanted. All my questions were answered quickly by phone or email. The above "approximate service cost" is just a filler for the required information by Angies List. The actual costs would depend on several variables such as interest rate and the amount of loan.

Description of Work: We refinanced our house for a balance of 96000. our loan was for 106000, and we gor around 800 back. I think we could've done better on the price, the cost of the loan.
