After months of processing by a large bank, the application for a loan was denied.
On the recommendation of a real estate broker, I contacted Arin at Nationwide Lending. Arin was able to find a loan for me without the months of uncertainty that my previous unsuccessful search for a mortgage entailed.
He can provide face to face contact and has timely information about procedures whenever it is wanted. All my questions were answered quickly by phone or email.
The above "approximate service cost" is just a filler for the required information by Angies List. The actual costs would depend on several variables such as interest rate and the amount of loan.
