Ms. Sandra’s Team arrived on time with big smiles. They wore masks to protect one of my family with immune system problems. They were very kind and respectful like that in everything. Sandra was so helpful and responsive to my requests where to start and what to do. They worked hard, bringing excellent cleaning supplies. First they dusted each room’s high walls and ceiling corners with their long extension pole duster, also using it to carefully dust off the tops of large fragile mirrors and lamps. After that dust fell, they dusted all the furniture, being careful to use only wood cleaner on wood, and only glass cleaner on glass, mirrors, and lamps. Then in the two bathrooms and kitchen, they scrubbed the counters and all other surfaces clean. Then they vacuumed all the floors. They cleaned our bedroom, living and dining room, office, large kitchen, staircase, and two large bathrooms. Even our 4 glass patio doors which are easy to reach from the patio. (They normally do not do exteriors). It’s a pleasure doing business with Blas Prado and Diego in the office. They are so friendly and cooperative in helping me arrange special requests! And so trustworthy; even the prices are very fair.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I’ll give you the rundown of our experience: my wife had a text conversation with the manager, Diego, listing what would be included in the service. All the usual stuff: dusting, mopping, wiping down baseboards, ceiling fans…all the normal items. The crew arrives at 8am; two ladies and a man. The man walks in and heads straight to our downstairs bathroom, locks the door, and proceeds to take a huge dump. 10 minutes later, walks out…no exhaust fan on, and smells up the entire downstairs (classy, right?) Diego said that it would take between 2 and 3 hours to complete, so I knew I had some time to run a couple errands, while my daughter worked upstairs in the office. I return home 90 minutes later to find that the crew has finished and left. I start looking thru the house and immediately find a number of issues. Call Diego immediately and start explaining my concerns, floors not swept or mopped, nothing dusted, counters not wiped down…VERY obvious things. I’m not so picky that I’m going to freak out over a hair on the bathroom floor, but honestly it didn’t look much different than when I finished a pretty sizable “pre-clean” the night before. Diego is just a few minutes from our home and agrees to come by and check on the job…15 minutes later he arrives. He steps in the door and asks “shoes or no shoes?” which was nice of him to ask, but he’s wearing flip flops, so NO, I’m really not crazy about someone walking thru my house in bare feet. He gets less than 10ft in the door and spots all kinds of issues…dusty baseboards at the stairs, dusty blinds, floor obviously not mopped. He immediately says “I’m going to give you a refund and I’ll get the crew to come back right away.” I accept his offer under the condition that he sends a different crew. He looks thru his schedule on his phone and says he can get a new team there in an hour. He starts waking back his original offer of a refund and says “I’ll refund half and get another crew.” I don’t give any pushback; I just want it clean, and I’ve got company coming into town tomorrow…the $85 is irrelevant at this point. 2 hours later, I’m still waiting and I text Diego. He replies that he can’t find another crew and so he’s going to mail me a check for half of the cost and we’ll “call it even” (remember his office is less than 10 minutes away and I just had to pay cash for the services less than 3 hours before…but he has to mail it) Numerous texts telling him that I just need it cleaned correctly but he says he can’t inconvenience any of his other clients by rearranging the schedule so I’ll need to be happy the the 50% refund and just deal with it. He sends my wife a Zelle refund a few hours later and now refuses to have the company owner reach out to me. Again, avoid at all costs…he saw the poor work for himself, acknowledged that it was bad, and still refused to do anything about it. Awful…

Yesenia and her crews are fantastic!! They were on time and immediately got to work. I was still greeting them and they were already cleaning the dishes and kitchen cabinets! I’ve had them back to do regular cleaning and I the house was just as spotless. Highly recommend.

It was fine. Still some scuffs all over the wall that I need to take care of myself.

The girls were so efficient and good at what they did. I told my family about mother’s earth maids service and they appeared to be interested. These girls did such a deep cleaning job that my house literally sparkled after they left. Smelled so nice, too

Cleaning crew worked fast and efficiently I was very impressed with their work. My house looked absolutely amazing! They even cleaned things I didn’t expect them to clean(my toaster oven). I would definitely recommend them and intend on using them again!

Three ladies arrived on time. They saw I left my shoes at the door to save my carpets, so they volunteered to do so. I didn't need to ask. They were kind and respectful like that in everything. Worked very hard, cleaning thoroughly, bringing excellent cleaning supplies. This was a half price intro coupon I found online. I'll send a proposal to them for regular monthly service.

The team was prompt and very efficient. They did a great job thoroughly cleaning our condo prior to us moving in.

We hired them as we were hosting a social event the following week. A team of 3 individuals (2 ladies and 1 man) arrived a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time to our house. After the introductions, I gave them a tour and explained what areas were to be cleaned and what areas to avoid. They explained to me how they work and divide up the areas of the house to be cleaned and serviced. Originally thought it would take them about 3 to 3.5 hours to complete the whole job. It actually took them around 5.5/6-hours to complete the job as they were extremely thorough, and we were not charged for the additional time as they wanted to complete the job correctly and leave our house immaculate. We have provided this company to other friends and family since then, and would certainly hire them again!

I requested a deep cleaning of my house and three professional staff members showed up ahead of schedule which was a pleasant surprise. I did a quick review with the lead professional and the staff started immediately. I was informed at one point that my furniture covers were very dusty and they asked to wash them. I was happy to show the staff where I keep the laundry supplies and they promptly washed, dried, and folded up my covers when done. One even found one of my credit cards on the floor which had slid under the furniture and promptly returned it to me. I wasn't even aware that I had misplaced it. I was very happy with the service they all performed. I had never seem my bathroom tub so clean. They use the best cleaning products especially Bona Hardwood Floor Cleaner (which I use as well) on my hardwood floors. I have since scheduled regular cleaning appointments because I am so happy with the service and quality they provided. I highly recommend you try Mother Earth Maids California. You will not be disappointed.

The team was amazing! They arrived and did a quick tour of the house, and then the deep cleaning team went to work! They caught all of the nooks and crannies that I hoped they would. I would definitely hire again.

They do an excellent job. Come once per month and do thorough cleaning of all surfaces. Vacuum and mop floors. Clean kitchens and baths. Dust. Clean baseboards. Keep the house dust free.
