I have called them numerous of times and the first time they gave me a repair service provider out of Pennsylvania. I called them back and they gave me a repair service provider out of San Diego and that service provider was out of business. So I called again and they gave me a third service provider and he said they didn't work on those units and didn't know of anyone who did. The last time I called Mitsubishi they said that they will pay for the diagnostic of the TV but haven't heard from them since. They also have a very frustrating service that you have to go through your story numerous of times and talk to numerous customer service representatives to be told that they are working on it.
